‘Let the Bass kick’ was written back in 2009.

Originally entitled Wooden Leg, it started with me just experimenting with some off-key beats and spacious effects which lead to this aggressive but laid-back banger.

Syncopated bass lines draw you into the trance, whilst twangy snares fly around you, disappearing into the night. Space abounds. Tribal shamanic rattles and 808 drops take you away as you gaze into the pixelating flames of the fire and the outro leaves you dangling in the vacuum of space.
